Hi Families, We are now on Week 7 of Distance learning. Many of you have settled into this new "normal" and have been working with your SLP either through email suggestions, phone calls and now many of you have been helping your children participate in Zoom therapy sessions. I know this isn't the ideal way to participate in speech/language therapy sessions but it does work in a pinch. A few pieces of information...our district has stated that the last day of school will be May 21 and the last day of new materials sent home will be May 15. May 15 will also be our last day of therapy services provided via zoom. If you have further questions regarding therapy and continuing to provide support for your child, please contact your student's SLP. All of the contact information for each building's SLP is provided under the "Introduction" tab in a subtab called "Contacts". We do not yet know what next school year brings for us, but we are planning to provide speech and language services in whatever way we can. In case you would like to look at the general lesson plans, they are posted here...
